Tommy is a certified residential appraiser and a lifelong resident of central Arkansas. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas in 1986. He worked the next six years for the family’s lumber and building materials business. When that business was sold in 1992, he and his father founded Nabholz Appraisal Inc. and the business has grown and prospered ever since. He truly enjoyed working side by side with his father until his retirement in 2010. Over the past 24 years, Tommy has mentored and trained several appraisers, most of whom continue to be friends and colleagues. He currently resides in Conway with his wife, Beth and their two sons. He enjoys Arkansas’ great outdoors, especially hunting and fly fishing, and he loves spending his free time with family and friends.
